1. I received a gift from blogger SK the other day. It was an unexpected award for Top Commenter in his blog! Thanks for the award, SK! I really love it!



Oh! He also left a message on the other side of the award! Nice! : )



2. My stickers from GetGlue arrived last week! Are you a member of GetGlue? For the uninitiated, GetGlue is an entertainment based social networking site. If you are into movies, TV shows, sports, celebrities and songs, then GetGlue is for you!

3. Two weeks ago, my family and I visited Putrajaya Floria 2011, a Flower and Garden Festival. We went there after dinner, so it was pretty dark by the time we reached there.



I did not really get to enjoy the flowers as the lightings were insufficient. Perhaps we should have gone there in the day time. But I enjoyed walking around and reading historical facts which were displayed on the side of this walkway.



OK, to those of you who have been to Putrajaya, do you know what is the name of this bridge? It was beautifully lighted up that night.



Although I did not get to see the flowers properly in the dark, I was lucky enough to see a float on the lake. There were a few floats that night but only this float from Tourism Malaysia were near enough for me to take a shot at with my camera.

4. If you remember, I wrote about my favourite actress Angelina Jolie in a Louis Vuitton ad last month. To recall, read HERE.

Now comes this full length Louis Vuitton commercial featuring Angelina Jolie. I love, love, love this video! Since I am in the midst of blogging about my Cambodia trip, I thought I would like to share with you all this nice video.

In it, you can see Angelina talked about her journey in Cambodia, how she felt about the people there and what made it so special for her. Fast forward to the 6th minute, and you will see her talking about eating crickets and spiders! And of course, you'll get to see how she was filmed in the commercial. Enjoy!!

Oh no!! I've been tagged!!

OK, OK, I know some of you are not going to let me go without an updated 7 Random Things About Me. So I'll just take some from my old post and add in a few new ones. Here goes...

1. I don't like to show my face online. I don't like to camwhore. I am a private person yet I love to share my personal thoughts with the world.

2. I don't like people who are too opinion-minded. To me, there is no such thing as right or wrong. What you think is right may be wrong to others and vice versa. Everything is open to interpretation.

3. I usually cannot win a fight. The reason is I can see the other person's viewpoints too easily and although I do not agree with him or her, I accept his or her viewpoints. Because like I mentioned in No.2, there is no such thing as right or wrong. This is probably one of my biggest weaknesses.

4. I don't wear a watch. I rely on my iPhone for the time. That is why I am really lost when my iPhone runs out of battery!

5. I love to play the piano and can play for hours. My longest record is 8 hours straight on the piano with toilet breaks in between.

6. I love to tweet. I don't really know why. I just think it's fun! I used to sms a lot last time. No longer. Tweeting has replaced sms-ing. And with my iPhone, I can tweet on the go!

7. I like cloudy and rainy weather. I know most people prefer blue skies and sunny weather, but not me. I am happiest when it rains!

Guess where did I spend my Valentine's Day?

Well, let me tell you. I spent it in bed.

No, not with my date if that's what you think!

I was down with flu and sore throat and a slight fever. So I spent my Valentine's Day in bed all alone and sick! Boo hoo!

I just read this post by Relax the other day about what to do when sick and I even added my own comments to his post. Haha! So clever of me - talk only, but don't even follow my own advice! I hate the flu and I have always hated it since childhood. When will medical science find a cure for this annoying sickness? I hope one day, we can destroy viruses at the click of a button!

Anyway, here's some good news, at least for me. I was nominated for the Malaysian Blog Awards 2009 Contest. Yippee! First time in my life get nominated for awards! Looks like my all my effort working on this blog finally get recognised.
